    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    Welcome to Triple Crown Boards and Bar LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

    1. Services

    Triple Crown Boards and Bar LLC provides charcuterie boards, grazing tables, catering services, and handcrafted mocktail services for private and corporate events throughout Bucks County, Montgomery County, and Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania.

    All services are subject to availability and written confirmation.

    2. Booking & Payment

    • A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure your event date.
    • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
    • Final guest counts and full payment are due [7–14 days] prior to the event date.
    • Failure to submit final payment may result in cancellation of services.

    3. Pricing

    All pricing is subject to change without notice. Quotes are valid for [7 days] unless otherwise specified.

    Sales tax will be applied where required under Pennsylvania law.

    4. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

    While we take reasonable precautions, our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and others. It is the client’s responsibility to inform guests of potential allergen exposure.

    We are not liable for allergic reactions.

    5. Event Conditions

    The client is responsible for:

    • Providing a safe and suitable setup location
    • Ensuring proper table space
    • Maintaining food safety once service has concluded

    Food left out beyond recommended food safety timeframes is consumed at the client’s risk.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All website content, logos, branding, photos, and designs are property of Triple Crown Boards and Bar LLC and may not be used without written permission.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    Triple Crown Boards and Bar LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

    REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

    Deposits

    50% Deposite required

    All deposits are non-refundable and required to reserve your date.

    Client Cancellations

    • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event: Deposit retained; remaining balance refunded.
    • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event: No refunds.
    • Cancellations within 72 hours: 100% of total invoice is due.

    Rescheduling

    One reschedule may be permitted if requested at least 14 days prior to the event and subject to availability.

    Company Cancellation

    If Triple Crown Boards and Bar LLC must cancel due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued or event rescheduled.

    No-Shows

    Failure to provide event access at scheduled time will be treated as cancellation without refund.

    Beverage Services

    Triple Crown Boards and Bar LLC provides handcrafted non-alcoholic mocktail services only. We do not sell, serve, distribute, or provide alcoholic beverages.

    Clients are responsible for securing any required permits or licensed bartenders if alcohol is present at the event. Triple Crown Boards and Bar LLC assumes no responsibility for alcohol provided by the client or third parties.

    UPDATED ALLERGY & INGREDIENT DISCLOSURE 

    Because mocktails often include fresh fruits, syrups, herbs, and specialty ingredients, this protects you:
